I guess we have to define 'bust' in order to properly label Rogers. To me a bust is a guy that can't play in this league at all.

Rogers is not in that category. The guy can play.

Has he lived up to the expectations of a #9 overall selection?

No.

But he does have talent and he is still improving, maybe not as quickly as we'd like to see but he was quietly having a good year.
