It might have came out wrong or something, by average I mean he won't be a Brady or Manny or Favre. He has enough to become a QB to take a team to the playoffs and beyond with the right team.
As for Romo, I don't think he is anything like McNabb. He only had one game where he bobbled a slippery and wet ball which made the NFL do something to solve that issue. He threw 5 INTs in the Bills game and was not down on himself and got the team in a position to win the game.
