I got a pair of game worn pants, more like shorts down to the knee, at the end of season sale. They usually sell jerseys, pants, etc about a week or 2 after the season ends. As for the hip pads Im assuming you are talking about I would check a Modells or Dicks sporting goods store that way your not paying the NFL authentic prices. The socks I've had trouble finding but if you go to Skatersocks, tube socks, striped tube socks, knee socks, basketball socks, old school striped tube socks, striped socks, knee high socks, sock tube, arm warmers, leg warmers, vintage socks, retro socks there are a few there that look similar. They are pretty expensive though. There used to be a guy on ebay that sold gloves that were the exact replicas of the ones that moss and portis wore. They weren;t ever worn by the players but they were the same thing. Hope that helps.
