It was pretty hard to stop. It still is to a lesser extent. When Navy plays good teams they usually need a series or two to get adjusted because they never face it any more.
Update: While Navy does run the triple option I don't think they use a wishbone formation that much, if at all. Someone else could correct me perhaps.
Actually come to think of it with Sellers and Portis and Betts, we have awesome wishbone potential. We've already run the single wing this year, so why not? I'm kidding of course.
