You can bring in Russ Grimm, or Bill Cowher or Norm chow. And the reason I say Norm Chow is because he ran an amazing offense at USC and has an uncanny ability to develop QBs.

Norm Chow is another Norv Turner. Great OC but don't think he'll ever be a great HC. Grimm would only HC here if Joe steps down but remains President.
