I don't know what will happen with the coaching staff, but what I do know is that - Gibbs should be held more accountable with the redskins not being successful. When he got fired up and was arguing with a reporter before the Detroit win, I thought it was a sign he was back - but I was wrong.

The redskins need a vocal leader on the team.
