I really think if Joe retires after this year that we should get another head coach. I don't think that Gregg Williams or Al Saunders would make a good head coaches. I'm not sure who is out there to coach but I think we could find someone better than one of our coordinators.

As for the play calling. I would like to see Saunders start to take over. He is the offensive "genius" with the 700 page playbook. Why not let him take over the duty?
