Beg, at the bottom of this Arrington article (
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn...2004Mar14.html) it says that Short has not accepted the Redskins offer. That could mean he's still thinking but then they usually write something like "left without signing a contract", so I took it to mean he turned it down. I could be wrong though
