We've had a lot of good players wear #21 in the past:

Mike Nelms, Terry Allen, Deion Sanders, and Fred Smoot, but none of them captured our imagination the way Sean Taylor did. I would be fine with at least unofficially retiring #21, the way we have unofficially retired #9, #28, #44, #81 and perhaps one or two others. The only officially retired Redskins jersey is Sammy Baugh's #33.
