If, as the newset times article says, Lavar has to prove FRAUD, then it's going to be tough for him. Even if the skins screwed up, that's not fraud unless they deliberately lied to him. Then again, Martha's going to jail, so you never know.

Also, Lavar has said nothing about holding out, etc, so I take it he's not so pissed that he won't play. If he really thought they screwed him, wouldn't he be sitting? Sounds like the agent screwed up, and they're trying their best to recover some cash. But the skins didn't blink, so we're in this situation for the next few months. The players association backed Lavar because they always back the player.

But did they really think the 2006 salary would be 18 mil?
