Just "right click" and do a "save image as" to a folder. And then you should be able to have the admin add it to you avatar list.
It may need a little resizing by one of your graphics gurus.

Incidentally....it looks like it would also make an awesome "background" for your desk top!

Do the same as above....and click "save as background". I haven't personally tried it, but I believe it will work.
...you may have to just mess with the resolution.
