I didn't take it personally, and I totally understand the statement on the value of character.
But my thing is, I'm not too sure the Patriots are guilty of anything that hasn't been a part of the NFL culture for a long, long time.
As far as the character of the Pats? I'll say this - while they haven't done much to endear football fans to them, I can't really say they don't have character either.
