Lorenzo runs a 4.8 in the 40, he weighs 300 lbs and he's only 6 ft tall. He would work well as a pulling guard, but i think it would be detrimental to his career if he typecasted himself this early. He dimensions make him a better 3rd tackle in our jumbo package, or as a strictly blocking tight end. I liked how he helped contain the line integrity on the edges during our running plays.

As for Heyer. He is young depth that will hopefully continue to develop. He is still a project and i think that a healthy Jon Jansen is probably a 20% better tackle than Heyer right now.

Losing Randy was the main contributor to Portis' 3.9 average this year, not so much Jon's absence.

Just my opinion.
