With that being said, I can't say I'd have a huge problem with Cowher, I'm just sick of rebuilding. We've been through too many "rebuilding" years, and I don't want to have to go through that crap anymore.
Holding onto Saunders is definitly a top priority as well.

Pretty much my feeling on the matter too.
Cowher would mean big changes across the board. He would obviously bring in a new staff, and he would bring in his own guys personnel wise too.
But he is a proven winner, and he's still young. I'd prefer Williams to build on what Gibbs started, but at the same time I could certainly understand bringing in Cowher.
