He's still one of the top defensive minds in the game, and he's had 4 seasons under Gibbs to learn and see how a Hall of Fame coach goes about their business. He's also had time to reflect upon his stint in Buffalo, and I'm sure he learned some valuable lessons from that.

I see your point, however, consider how you would have felt if it were the Skins who had hired a guy like Turner. I mean, I don't know that Gregg Williams will be much more than Ray Rhodes. I could be wrong, and I hope I am if he's hired, but I don't think I am.
