The Skins could use a big, TALL, heavy duty, reliable wide receiver. I doubt that the Bengals would release or trade him [remains to be seen]. After watching Randy Moss with the Patriots this year, I not so dismissive of Chad Johnson, or of Keyshawn Johnson if he hadn't retired and signed here.
My Bias [full disclosure]: the wide receivers as a group were the biggest let down in the offense this season. Both quarterbacks played better than they did.
