I may be in the minority here, but I don't think Cowher is a good head coach. At all. I would put him in the Norv range (though I'm not quite as down on Norv as everyone else around here is).

1) The players he won the super bowl with don't seem to like him. At all.

2) His analyst job with CBS has left me totally unimpressed regarding his football knowledge.

3) He has a certain arrogance about him, and I really think that he would make more changes to the group we have here than any other coach would.
