Can't believe anybody here would actually be ok w/Jason Garrett in B&G. Unlike Norv, this dude has been a cowboy lifer, from player to coach (actually I think he coached somewhere else along the way, but you get the point).

I don't know enough about Garrett, never even heard him speak, but I get the impression he's a kind of passive guy that might be most comfortable behind the scenes. Let the comparisons to Norv begin, but don't bring him here!
