Why not? They've got money to upgrade positions such as WR, OL and RB, 2 first round picks in the draft. Rumor has it that they are interested in Michael Turner RB San Diego, they could go after Roy Williams, draft some OL and be better next year. Garrett is a pretty good OC. I wouldn't be surprised if they go 13-3 next year.
