I'm starting to think that he feels that winning is more like a bonus that he may at some point slide ass-backwards into, but is not his primary strategy going forward. The first goal is to protect the bottom-line and if he can win as well then that would be great. It's a losing strategy.

I do get the feeling from Snyder that he just wants to put asses in the seats. If you take a look at his history it seems like he just wants the quick big flash and not the slow burning coals of a championship team.
Hopefully I'm wrong, but we're going to find out soon enough when he picks the next coach.
