Paintrain I think you made good points. There would be no player revolt, they'll adjust. But I do think changing systems is an issue. New terminology for the offense to learn, etcetera. More importantly though, I just don't see Fassel being able to replenish the team with equal minds once Saunders and Williams leave. I think the quality of our coaching overall will take a major hit.

Gregg is one of the very best defensive minds in the game. And if he leaves he'll take Jerry Gray with him. Saunders hasn't produced results in a full season yet, but we saw what it can do down the stretch. It's not so much changing of the scheme, it's the potential loss of a great staff that got us to the playoffs this year despite tons of injuries.

If we bring in Fassel but manage to keep GW and Saunders, then I'm very happy. I'm not liking that likelihood though.
