How could he be lobbying for GW when it was reported that he was backing the promotion of Cerrato? I'm going to assume Gibbs knew all about their bad blood. Not to make Gibbs out to be straddling the line or anything but he must have known that if Cerrato got promoted that GW was pretty much as good as gone.
