What's terrible is how Snyder goes about interacting with people in the NFL ranks. The guy is despicable when it comes to managing team personel. Remember that time he made Norv wait outside his office for hours after a big loss and Norv just ended up going home because it took so long?

That kind of shit catches up with you. These slimeball tactics, like citing hearsay that Gregg Williams said something bad about Gibbs knowing that can't possibly be verified, are a complete abomination!

Snyder can't be a man when it comes to the team personel, i.e. Gibbs calling coaches and assistants. His sole merit is being able to throw wads of cash at people to get them to like him. Fuck him! Having balls and having to buy them are completely different.
