I'm betting there already is a coach. Maybe the paperwork has not been signed but why would anyone want to go to a job not knowing who your boss is? or I should say who you are directly answering to. What if it turned out to be someone you never wanted to work for or dispised? I'm betting the co ordinaters who will be coming in know.
