BC definitely has the talent necessary to be a very good TE, in 2001 he had 57 catches and averaged 11.7 ypc. And at 6-1, 265 he's got the size to be an effective blocker.
If this staff can't whip his sorry ass into shape again it's never gonna happen for him.
