And everyone will be back on the wagon again. I'm not going to be critical until the situation warrants being critized from lack of productivity and success. Everyone deserves an opportunity to prove themselves. Joe Gibbs didn't become a HOF coach overnight, and he would not have met with the success he did had not Mr. Cooke maintained faith in him.
