Remember, Marty fired him. I believe he was brought in when Snyder purchased the team in 09? and helped him in the entire process. However, when Marty came in, Snyder gave him total control. This in turn was the reason why he lost the job, because Snyder wanted him to relinquish total control and fire his offensive coordinator. So, I believe Vinnie has been here since 1999 excluding the 2001 season with Schotty.
