This is really laughable right now. Not that i care about misinformed opinions about our team but most media folks are laughing at this "process" and unfortunately i agree w/ them.

To be honest, I'll be the new coach is basically doing the hiring. I think Snyder knows he's going to hire Fassel and he's asked him who he'd feel comfortable with as his assistant coaches.
