Too early to annoint him, sure, but remember that he has been a force in the NFC East for 7 or 8 seasons now, and it would be more exciting to have a young, relatively unkown head coach with a lot of possible upside than to have Mooch or Fassel, two guys with experience who have proven to be a bit more than mediocre head coaches.
