Blache can adopt some of his philosophies but he's a 1st year DC who did a great job but our roster and current coaching staff isn't built for a rookie head coach..

That's a fairly acurate characterization, our defensive personell are not comparable to the Giants. The players are what make the difference here, not the coach. Plus, we already have our defensive coordinator in place.It's not likely for our team Snyder would hire a defensive minded HC with no NFL coaching experience. He would probably hire Meeks if he was going to do that.
