you can also get cards that do FM radio as well if that's a big deal, for most people its not (doesn't cost a whole lot more).

also, ati all-in-wonder graphics cards do TV capture (as well a being a good gfx card)... if you want to do things the other way (watch stuff from your computer on your TV, for gaming etc), you need a graphics card with an S-video output (common even on 30$ gfx cards now)...

newegg.com is the best store to buy anything computer related from... usually get it in 2-3 days, much easier to deal with than best buy etc, 10,000+ customers... they're legit, i've bought thousands of dollars of crap from them over the years.
