Anybody you put up against Fassel is going to look like a gem, but with Grimm even more so. I like the fact that he would make a good symbolic coach, and I say symbolic because much of his coaching influence is elminated by having our current FO structure.
Having Grimm as our new HC would be a welcome change of events.
