I will tell you something that I tell people down here in slack-jaw yee haw land everyday... do not fear what you see as different or new. The "ain't broke don't fix it" doesnt apply here so we are just going to have to accept it no matter how uncomfortable it may be at first... whoa this sounds like a whole different thing... but i sware i am talking about coaches.
