Ok, wihle I agree with you that talent is still available in later rounds, none of those names are Hester-like, which was the question.
Jackson is the closest thing to Hester so far. I heard people say that Chris Johnson, RB out of ECU, is really fast as well. But if you have watched college football and want an electrifying and game-changing returner like Hester, Jackson is the one too look at.
