this when he wrote that the rules state the game cannot be stopped due to a communication malfunction between the headcoach and the QB

However, as SUNRA points out Gibbs was indeed quite
upset about the malfunction between the booth and the field.

And in that case, the Browns should not have been
allowed to use their headsets either

However, while the headset was a nuisance it was part of several issues that day. Not the least of which was a costly fumble by Clinton Portis-along with poor special teams play and an inept offense.
