That is not enough. Lito's value is down in the league and the offer does not even include a #1 pick. Just becasue they are offering a lot of stuff that doesn't make it good stuff...
If I were the Skins I would offer #1 & #3 picks...that is more then all the sh*t the eagles are offering. Plus if the skins get the additional #3 pick for losing Dockery they would still have a good amount of draft picks left.
