Tampa is a great place and right now is a GREAT time to buy real estate in certain parts of FL with the latest "market correction". Ybor City...wow, I get a headache just thinking about that place :-).

I have been to Denver several times as well and really liked it there. The views and people are very nice and the city is clean. I don't know about housing or the job market.

Denver and Tampa are two pretty good places if you have to pick up and move. Good luck with your decision!
