Kent Somers, of The Arizona Republic, reports the Philadelphia Eagles are interested in acquiring Arizona Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald via trade. The Eagles have talked to the Cardinals about acquiring Fitzgerald in a trade that would involve CB Lito Sheppard and WR Reggie Brown.

The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports Bosse's News & Tobacco in downtown Green Bay, Wis., is pre-selling the special Sports Illustrated issue that is dedicated to retired Green Bay Packers QB Brett Favre. The issue is expected to go on sale Monday, March 10, and will sell for around $7.99. The magazine said it tributes Favre's career accomplishments in an 84-page tribute.
