I think most people get the impression by the way he was publicly talking about and criticizing his team's coach last season, but by the end of the season, he was proven right when the coach QUIT because he couldn't handle the job.
He does have an outgoing attitude and that doesn't work well when things aren't going well.
I'm not sure I want him on the Skins but he's not a "cancer" like some people say. If anything, he was sticking up for the team last year, even if he didn't pick the right way to do it.

(His agent has not even been given permission to talk contract with anyone yet, sources said). Many clubs have serious concerns about his attitude, maturity, makeup, and how he might alter team chemistry. The guy is only 24 and has elite talent, but the Redskins just got flamebroiled by B-Lloyd and are no doubt thinking twice about going big for a player with similar issues.
