It's not like there weren't warning signs. She says there should be more warnings, and if someone mentioned to pull back her hair that would have been better. It's not everyone else's responsibility to make sure you are safe maam. You should have read the sign, that's what it's there for. You ignored it, and look what happened. Sure it sucks to learn that way, but it's there for a reason, and you need to read it. It's a life lesson for everyone that sees this...when there is a warning, pay attention to it.

I agree. That's just like the people that sue McDonalds for spilling coffee on themselves and it being "too hot". Well duh, it's coffee, its supposed to be hot. It even says so on the cup.

Just because you spill it on yourself doesn't make it McDonalds fault.
