As far as grits go, shrimp and grits (i think its a carolina recipe) is a fav. dinner of mine and my wife's. Almost like grits with shrimp scampi mixed in... garlic and green onions and lots of butter... mmmmm

oh, and talking about chicken... I love my fried chicken with honey. Never tried syrup, but honey on fried chicken is awesome.
Now I love me some steak 'n eggs, sunny side up. I love it when the yolk is running all over the plate. Sometimes before I dig in mess it all up, I'll just stare it, in it's perfected state, for a few minutes then dig in. Oh..and the A-1 steak sauce...mmm...mmmm.

You gotta try some chicken and waffles, nothing like it. I mean some good old southern fried chicken, none of this KFC crap.
