I'm for rebuilding but I don't get the feeling this is a rebuilding as much as everyone thinks. I think it was a higher a new coach who will not change to much of what we have and what we are doing which is why Zorn is talking to Gibbs alot. We have heard the defense will essentially remain the same and now they are talking about the run game remaining the same. The only thing to change is the passing, which I take it they are going to put more WR in the line up and change up the routes a little. It doesn't sound like whole hearted rebuilding to me. Which hopefully enables us to get back to the play offs. Slip in there a proven vet WR and one missing piece to the puzzle is filled. Listening to Snyders right hand man it sounds like they like what they have in pass rush. Scary because everyone believes they are maybe one pass rusher away from being dominant.

Then we fill all the other positions. DE/DT, Safety, CB, OL.
