We (the Wizards) need to do our job and the fans need to stop acting like whiny, bitchy pre-2004 Red Sox fans ("oh we're so cursed, nothing ever goes our way. boo hoo"). Jamison was 1-8 from 3 point land, Stevenson was 1-9 for the game, Songaila 1-6 and we just want to complain about the refs?
Tough loss, but the Wizards need to regroup and win Game 2 and go home with a split. And they need to bring in guys like McGuire and Pecherov to rough up the Cavs. I'm not saying hurt anyone. I'm saying throw some elbows in there, making these guys fear coming down the lane.

The pre 2004 red sox fans were never bitchy or whiny. Yes, the curse was something of a persona, but no more so than the Cubs for instance. The Sox fans took mediocrity and unfortunate events for years and they were still there selling out every game and were more passionate about their sox than any other team in the country. That's not bitching and whining. All fans should look to the Sox nation for perseverence and an example of how real fans should behave win or lose. We / They are the role model fans...especially when 3.5+ million people showed up for that victory parade in the rain, and Old people in the hospital died cause they "hung on to finally see their beloved Sox win". Being a Red Sox fan is something your are born into...it's a lifestyle. It's never bitchy or whiny. Bite your tongue SS.
