I'm an overall kind of guy, I evaluate everything with a little more emphasis on the interior and the ride. I test drove the Infinite M and that thing is a beast. As for BMW and Mercedes you're preaching to the choir (watch the end).
I must have missed something cause I didn't see anything at the end that referred to BMW or Mercedes other than an opinionated comment about german engineering...nor did I hear anything about customer service. Did I miss something?

Those are nice cars, no doubt about it. They are a little too pricey for me after all the extras.
The Audi is actually too pricey for me too. I once said I would never consider a car over 40k unless it was the vette, but I really like the Audi. With every bell and whistle (manual though) the MSRP comes to 48,000...a little better than the Infiniti. That is definitely a great car, but I think I would have gone with the Infiniti G-37 if I did go Infiniti.
