As for the draft implications, I'm not sure if it affects us at all. With Allen's departure, isn't there a good chance KC will use that extra first rounder to find his replacement? Who is the "#3 DE" in KC?

Not sure who is #3, but they spent a first rounder on Tamba Hali two years ago, and he's been a pretty good player thus far. He inherits the role as the No. 1 end, and I think he will do well in that role.
