I think the latter is indeed more likely than the former. It's all going to really depend on how the draft unfolds. It's no secret that the Dolphins want to trade up into the 1st for a QB (Flacco?) but they're talking more so to teams like the Jaguars and Cowboys. The Cowboys might, of course, package their picks to move up to #7 and take McFadden if he falls all the way down to there.
