The most I've ever paid for a jersey was $165 twice (Sean Taylor authentic in 2006 and Campbell 75th throwback this past year). I wouldn't pay any more than that and $100-125 is really the sweet spot for current players - $79.99 is pretty nice too. You can find "deals" (if you want to call $100-165 a deal) if you know where to look and are patient, and I'm not talking about cheap eBay knockoffs either (though there is some real stuff on eBay, rarely, like the stuff I've sold there).
