Lewis's view is "THE FUTURE IS NOW".....playing Carson Palmer and the younger guys and not looking at what worked in the past....Meanwhile Gibbs is mixing veterans and young guys and putting his kind of players together (may take another draft) and looking TOWARDS the FUTURE and knows that success will come once he obtains the talent..........
