Maybe he just wants to help fund the program with his own high carbon emissions?

He thinks with all the bright minds we can do his plain in 10 years but it will take us 10 years to get oil and we allready have the technology? HMMM

I guess if he does not feel he needs to make the change maybe next time he should have the press conference in front of his hugh mansion.
