I live in Hunterdon County (Clinton) and know of no bar that specifically plays Redskins games.
Finnagles, a restaurant/bar in Clinton, has 5 screens and if you get there early you can usually request a game. I have watched several with my son there over the years.
If you find any others let me know. Maybe us Jersey Skins can hook up.
